Discover the National Centre for Adult Education in Manouba, Tunisia, led by Cherifa El Ouni, a social education professor. Established in 2019 through a partnership between the municipality of Manouba and the national centre for adult education under the Ministry of Social Affairs, this institution offers a variety of essential training programs for adults seeking personal and professional development.

The guided tour takes us through the various workshops of the centre, notably the computer workshop where the importance of mastering digital tools in the modern world is emphasized. Cherifa said that even those who have not completed their formal education can benefit from the centre's programs.

We also learn about the centre's collaboration with DVV International, which generously funds the pastry program, highlighting the importance of external support for the centre's ongoing development.

One learner shares her own learning journey, emphasizing her commitment to learning Arabic, French, English, and especially pastry-making, a passion rooted since her youth. She plans to use her newly acquired skills to undertake a project beneficial for herself and the community.

The video also features Afaf Nabli, a social education teacher specializing in the French language, who testifies to the remarkable motivation of learners of all ages for education, particularly in the areas of French, English, and computer science.

Finally, other learners also share their experiences, highlighting the transformative impact of adult education. One learner recounts his journey, from starting to learn Arabic to successfully opening his own shop thanks to the skills acquired at the center.
