I have a great passion for education and the learning of older adults, especially how they learn through life experiences, reflection, and the practical application of what they have learned. My experience is in working with adult learners in both formal and non-formal education, where I assist them through guidance, leadership, and community-based educational programs. I also have a deep interest in lifelong learning, professional development, and employing learner-centered approaches to empower older adults to improve their quality of life.
