Vision Statement

To ensure quality, equitable education and lifelong learning for all people without discrimination.

Mission Statement

The Moroccan Lifelong Learning Forum seeks to renew the ideas, visions, and approaches of adult education and lifelong learning, making them serve humanity's constant aspiration for freedom, dignity, citizenship, and active participation, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

The Moroccan Lifelong Learning Forum aspires to be an open platform for exchange and development, bringing together networks, organizations, educators, and policymakers to innovate in adult education and lifelong learning. The forum emphasises the renewal of visions, enhancement of skills, conduction of research, and support for the development of various adult education programs. It advocates for inclusive public policies that address the needs of diverse social groups, including individuals with disabilities, migrants, and youth outside the formal education system. The Forum upholds lifelong learning as a fundamental right for all citizens, aligning with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 4.
