Areas of Intervention
FONAENF intervenes in the financing of literacy and training activities, the promotion of educational innovations, the reproduction and distribution of documents, capacity building for actors, monitoring and evaluation, print media in national languages, and linguistic research.
Objectives
FONAENF pursues four main objectives:
- Mobilize resources from the State and partners to finance literacy and non-formal education;
- Diversify funding sources through sustained advocacy;
- Adopt new forms of financing that promote the inclusion of disadvantaged social groups;
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of contracts signed with operators for the implementation of literacy and non-formal education activities.
- Provide quality literacy for all.
- Mobilize resources and make them available to operating structures for the financing of literacy and non-formal education programs.
