ELM magazine has published an article on interesting case from Wales, where resilience is taught as an employability skill. A learner’s voice has been included, which brings an essential complementary perspective to adult education in the story. The article is about employability courses organised by Adult Learning Wales. These courses also include resilience skills, focusing on building learners' confidence.
